Position Summary Responsible for the all maintenance needs of the community or building including equipment, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and drywall/painting repairs. Coordinates and is accountable for preventative maintenance. Maintains inventory for all building needs. Conducts safety inspections to ensure comfort and safety of residents, visitors and team members.

Education and/or Experience

  • Certificate from College or Technical School or

  • Three to six months of related experience

  • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and a registered and insured vehicle
