Corporate Trainer Description You will be responsible for producing agents that have comprehensive product knowledge and positive customer service skills. Responsibilities Facilitate training sessions utilizing engaging learning techniques. New hires will report directly to the trainer during their first two weeks. The trainer is responsible for supervising, coaching and developing their students. They should complete any performance or behavior feedback which may include corrective action, and if required, termination. Validate information retention by administering quizzes and final exams. Incorporate updated material into training curriculum as required. Work with the nesting coach to evaluate new agent performance. Make adjustments to training to ensure additional emphasis is placed on opportunities. Requirements Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resource Development, Business Management or equivalent experience. Minimum of 1 years of training experience in a BPO call center preferred. Ability to lead and conduct training classes with little supervision. Responsible, dependable, engaging and motivational. Must be able to professionally interact with clients and employees of all levels. Lead and Motivate in a group setting.
